    Combine rolled oats and whole grain flakes in a large bowl.

    Add wheat bran , oat bran , unsweetened flake coconut , chopped dried fruit , chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts), sunflower seeds , pumpkin seeds , chia seeds , and hemp hearts to the bowl.
